A fully integrated, high-performance structural wall system designed for speed, strength, and long-term performance.

The Renewabuild Wall System is constructed using modular blocks combined with a patented tensioning rod system, providing structural integrity and enhanced seismic resilience—revolutionizing how modern structures are built.

Starter strips ensure precise base alignment, while top-of-wall strips lock the system into a continuous structural assembly. A proprietary mineral-based mortar reduces thermal bridging while delivering strong bonding performance, eliminating the need for chemical adhesives.

Interior and exterior surfaces can be finished with breathable plasters, stuccos, or natural coatings, eliminating the need for traditional insulation or drywall due to the system’s thermal, acoustic, and moisture-regulating properties.

The result is a durable, breathable, and energy-efficient wall system that simplifies construction while exceeding modern performance standards.

POLYMER COMPOSITE FRAME

An internal structural frame provides global wall strength, delivering high resistance to tension, compression, bending, and torsion. It serves as the structural backbone of every block.

HEMP-LIME SYSTEM

Premium, clean, size-specified hemp hurd and a proprietary mineral-based mortar fill the frame, delivering R40+ insulation, natural fire resistance, zero VOC emissions, and active carbon sequestration from day one.

POST-TENSIONING ROD SYSTEM

Post-tensioning rods are routed through the blocks in eight-foot spans, connecting the top plate to the foundation. This continuous tensioning system locks the wall assembly together under load, providing exceptional resistance to compression, bending, and lateral forces — including seismic and hurricane-force winds up to 295 mph.

Validated through independent testing with Intertek, Exova, SMT Research, and the University of Alberta.

Cold-pressed steel starter and top plates, along with an integrated floor joist hanging system, enable continuous hempcrete exterior walls across multi-story construction.

CORNER ASSEMBLY

Blocks interlock at corner conditions, with a polymer composite frame ensuring continuous structural load transfer across all wall system junctions.

An integrated floor joist hanging system supports multi-story construction while preserving a continuous hempcrete exterior wall, eliminating thermal bridges and structural interruptions.

FIRE RESISTANT

Built to meet rigorous fire endurance standards, including a 2-hour fire rating under load (ULC S101). Zero flame spread and zero smoke development. Non-combustible per ULC S135-04.

MOLD, MICROBE & PEST RESISTANT

Naturally resistant to pests, mold, mildew, and microbial growth due to a high-pH mineral composition, vapor permeability, and lack of organic food sources.

THERMAL EFFICIENCY

High thermal mass and insulating properties stabilize indoor temperatures year-round. Depending on assembly configuration, in-situ R-values range from approximately R25–R40. Eliminates the need for conventional insulation and drywall in many applications.

WIND & IMPACT RESISTANCE

Engineered for extreme environmental conditions, including hurricane-level wind loads, seismic activity, and high-impact performance. The post-tensioned system enables tall wall assemblies and long structural spans, with performance tested up to 250 mph wind resistance at 20 ft and 125 mph at 30 ft configurations.
