Renewabuild Great Plains delivers a fully integrated, high-performance structural wall system designed for speed, strength, and long-term performance.

Each wall is built using modular blocks combined with a patented tensioning rod system, providing structural integrity and enhanced seismic resilience—revolutionizing how modern structures are built.

FIRE RESISTANT

Built to meet rigorous fire endurance standards, including a 2-hour fire rating under load (ULC S101). Zero flame spread and zero smoke development. Non-combustible per ULC S135-04.

MOLD, MICROBE & PEST RESISTANT

Naturally resistant to pests, mold, mildew, and microbial growth due to a high-pH mineral composition, vapor permeability, and lack of organic food sources.

STRUCTURAL STRENGTH & SEISMIC PERFORMANCE

Post-tensioned system designed for high structural loads, long spans, and seismic resilience in demanding environments.

WIND & IMPACT RESISTANCE

Engineered for extreme environmental conditions, including hurricane-level wind loads, seismic activity, and high-impact performance. The post-tensioned system enables tall wall assemblies and long structural spans, with performance tested up to 250 mph wind resistance at 20 ft and 125 mph at 30 ft configurations.

THERMAL
EFFICIENCY

High thermal mass and insulating properties stabilize indoor temperatures year-round. Depending on assembly configuration, in-situ R-values range from approximately R25–R40. Eliminates the need for conventional insulation and drywall in many applications.

BREATHABLE

Vapor-open system regulates moisture without vapor barriers, supporting healthier indoor environments.

DURABLE & LOW WASTE

Resistant to rot, freeze-thaw cycling, UV exposure, and water damage—designed for long service life with reduced maintenance requirements and minimal construction waste.

CARBON-REDUCING

Hemp-based components sequester carbon during growth, locking it into the structure for the life of the building and reducing embodied carbon.
